Environment: Artix DS 3.6.1 on linux

Tag Issue:

 Description  « Hide
Hi,

I Just downloaded and installed Artix DS (3.6.1) on linux.

I used the 'Artix-DS-3.6.1-linux.zip', extracted it (and its two zipped folders), set the two env params as required:
[izhar@presto Artix Data Services]$ env | grep ADS
OLDPWD=/home/izhar/opt/iona/artix_ds_3.6.1/ADS_HOME
ADS_HOME=/home/izhar/opt/iona/artix_ds_3.6.1/ADS_HOME/Artix Data Services/
PWD=/home/izhar/opt/iona/artix_ds_3.6.1/ADS_HOME/Artix Data Services
ADS_PROJECTS=/home/izhar/opt/iona/artix_ds_3.6.1/ADS_PROJECTS/My IONA Projects/

But when I tried to launch the designer, the following error was thrown:

[izhar@presto Artix Data Services]$ . ./artix-ds-designer.sh
Failed to load Main-Class manifest attribute from artix-ds-designer.jar

And indeed there is no artix-ds-designer.jar anywhere in the product tree.

The same applies for all the other tools: viewer, runner, diff.

Please advise.

Kind Regards,
Izhar Ravid

I've pinged the customer to confirm that the problem is resolved and also explained how he needs to log future issues through Jira.
